What WE Do
We build networks capable of changing the system. We bring together policymakers, stewards across sectors, and community residents to create change together. Together they engage in dialogue and transform narratives, measures, policies and investments to create inter-generational well-being and equity.

In our mission to strategically create system change, WE in the World supports the development and facilitation of activities within the Well-being in the Nation (WIN) Network.
Within the WIN Network, WE in the World spearheads three cooperatives, Measurement & Learning, Policies & Investments, and WIN with Business.
WE in the World builds a community of accompaniers capable of transforming systems from the grassroots level. Though our accompaniers are diverse in background, age, and lived experience, they share a unified vision for system transformation.
"Pacesetter" communities build belonging and civic muscle. They include and support those who are struggling and suffering. They advance racial justice and create system change as part of creating well-being. They name the legacies that are at play and build new legacies for future generations. They work to build a community that works for everyone.
Youth of Solutions
Youth of Solutions is a global network of youth leaders who are creating transformational change in their own lives, in their schools, and in the community. From Guyana to the Gambia, from Algoma, Wisconsin to Duarte, California, these youth are demonstrating what inter-generational leadership looks like in action. Collectively, they have changed local and national policies, developed and scaled programs that improve well-being and equity in their communities, and serve as accompaniers for hundreds of youth leaders on the path.
